I have earned well. Lost badly. Rebuilt completely.
The pattern was never the problem. The missing map was.
Before I tell you my story, let me name yours. Maybe you are earning well and still restless, half sure you are building the wrong thing. Maybe you have done years of inner work and the outer results still have not arrived. Maybe the money is handled and the real question underneath it, what now, has no good answer yet. I have stood in all three places. This is how I got there, and what finally moved me out.
I was eleven the first time I understood what it meant to be on the wrong side of money. It was a pair of trainers. Everyone at school had Adidas. Three stripes. I had four. A knock-off pair my parents could afford. One stripe too many. That extra stripe taught me that money was the difference between belonging and not belonging. I spent the next thirty years trying to outrun it.
I built a salon business and ran it for eighteen years. The thing that was supposed to set my family free became the thing that owned me. Every time we reached security I felt restless and expanded too fast. A second salon. A training school. Staff before we had the clients. Each move pushed us back into survival. Loans, credit cards, a lawsuit that nearly took our home. If you have ever built something stable and felt it turn into a cage, I know that feeling from the inside.
While the business struggled, I did what driven people do. I worked harder. My mother died and I buried the grief in work. My body kept the score. Blood pressure, stomach pains, breathing that would not settle, numbing in secret to cope. From the outside I was doing everything right. Underneath, two channels were bleeding out everything the others built. If you have done the work and the results still have not followed, that gap is real. I lived on the other side of it.
Eventually we sold up, moved to London, and I threw myself into the inner work like a man trying to outrun two decades. It worked. I felt grounded for the first time, and as that steadiness arrived the money began to move with an ease I had never known. I thought I had finally cracked it.
Then crypto. In 2021 the portfolio reached eight million dollars. Real positions, my name on the account. I had arrived at the season I spent thirty years chasing. And I learned the thing nobody in the financial freedom conversation says out loud. Freedom without consciousness is just a different kind of anxiety. I did not know what the money was for. So I held too long and avoided the decisions, and most of it slipped away. Not all of it. Most. Slowly, then suddenly. What remained became the seed of the life I live now.
Losing most of it taught me more than earning it ever did. The pattern was never the market or the business or bad luck. It was one channel at a time. Off. Unseen. Working against everything I built. Money was never the problem. It was just the only channel I ever looked at.
I live differently now. I am in Mexico as I write this, travelling the world with my family instead of away from them, with less than I had at the peak and more wealth than I have ever known. All six channels finally broadcast together. The restlessness is gone. What remains is the thing I never had at eight million. Peace, and a clear answer to what wealth is for. I call it stewardship. Wealth consciousness is not a number you reach. It is the way you hold whatever you have.
The Wealth Frequency is the instrument I wish someone had handed me at eleven, in the salon, at eight million. Three minutes. Six channels. It shows you the one that is off. So here is my question for you. What was your four-stripe moment? And which channel did it leave out of tune?
